This spectacular adventure Safari takes you across Rwanda, blending luxury, wildlife, and cultural experiences. From Kigali’s vibrant cityscape to the wild plains of Akagera National Park, the misty forests of Nyungwe, and the legendary Volcanoes National Park, this safari showcases the best of Rwanda’s diverse landscapes. What your trip will look like

Day 1 – Arrival in Kigali

Arrive at Kigali International Airport, where a Nurture Africa Safaris representative will meet you for a private transfer to Radisson Blu Hotel & Convention Center. Enjoy a relaxing evening in Rwanda’s vibrant capital.

Day 2 – 4: Akagera National Park & Magashi Camp

After breakfast, you will have a scenic road transfer to northern Akagera National Park. Enjoy a game drive en route to Magashi Camp, a luxury tented retreat overlooking Lake Rwanyakazinga. Spend the next two days exploring the park on morning game drives, boat safaris, and guided walks.

Day 4 – 5: Kigali City Tour

Return to Kigali by road where you will enjoy a guided city tour, visiting the Kigali Genocide Memorial, art galleries, and local markets. Enjoy an evening dinner at a renowned local restaurant and overnight in Radisson Blu Hotel.

Day 5 – 7: Nyungwe Forest National Park

Fly from Kigali to Kamembe Airport, followed by a road transfer to Nyungwe Forest. Enjoy a morning nature walk and black-and-white colobus monkey trekking. The next day, embark on an exhilarating chimpanzee trek and experience the famous canopy walkway for breathtaking rainforest views.

Day 7 – 8: Lake Kivu

Travel by road to Gisenyi, a stunning town on the shores of Lake Kivu. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon boat cruise or a scenic nature walk along the lakeshore.

 

Day 8 – 10: Volcanoes National Park & Gorilla Trekking

Transfer to Volcanoes National Park, stopping en route for an immersive cultural experience at the Iby’Iwacu Cultural Village. The following day, enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking adventure. The final morning features golden monkey trekking before heading back to Kigali for your departure flight.
