This extraordinary 11-day safari showcases some of Tanzania’s most iconic destinations, leading you from the lush Tarangire National Park to the breathtaking Serengeti. Your safari includes immersive interactions with local communities and the chance to observe traditional hunting and gathering practices with the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes. Stay in carefully selected camps and lodges that offer both comfort and authentic experiences amid Tanzania’s natural beauty.

What your trip will look like

Day 1: Arrival in Kilimanjaro

Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), where a Nurture Africa Safaris representative will meet you and transfer you to Rivertrees Country Inn for dinner and an overnight stay (Half Board).

Day 2 - 4: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, where you’ll enjoy thrilling game drives and explorations over the next two days while staying at the Tarangire Kati Kati Camp (Full Board). The camp is strategically located to maximize wildlife experiences, with the opportunity to witness elephants, lions, and other amazing animals.

Day 4 - 5: Mto wa Mbu and Lake Eyasi

On Day 4, enjoy breakfast before driving to Mto wa Mbu for a village walk and a hot local lunch to immerse yourself in the local culture. After your cultural experience, continue to Lake Eyasi for dinner and an overnight stay at the Kisima Ngeda Tented Camp (Full Board), nestled in a serene environment.

 

Days 5 - 7: Lake Eyasi and Crater Highlands

Start your day early on Day 5 with a unique experience as you partake in Hadzabe and Datoga hunting and gathering activities, learning about their traditional ways of life. Following this cultural experience, drive to the Crater Highlands for dinner and overnight accommodation at Tloma Lodge (Full Board) over the next two nights.

Days 7 - 9: Ndutu and Serengeti

After breakfast on Day 7, set off for Ndutu, where you’ll embark on exciting game drives in the wonderful surroundings while staying at the Nasikia Mobile Migration Camp (Full Board) for two nights. Enjoy the thrill of spotting wildlife, including the remarkable migrations that occur in this area.

Days 9 - 11: Central Serengeti

On Day 9, following breakfast, depart via road to Central Serengeti for further exploration and game drives, where you’ll experience some of Tanzania’s best wildlife sightings. Stay in comfortable accommodations at the Osinon Tented Camp (Full Board) for two nights.

Day 11: Departure

On your final day, enjoy your last morning activity and breakfast before being transferred to Seronera Airstrip for a domestic flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), departing at 11:00 AM, and arriving at 12:20 PM. Unfortunately, this marks the conclusion of your safari adventure.
