Overview

Old Pejeta Conservancy in central Laikipia offers stunning views of the snow-capped peaks of Mount Kenya. Exciting game drives provide adventure for the whole family, including the chance to spot nocturnal animals and predators. A key experience is visiting the enclosure for the last two northern white rhinos, where rangers share their efforts to save this critically endangered species. This visit is a meaningful way to learn as a family.

Enjoy a final breakfast with beautiful views of Mount Kenya before heading to the airstrip for your flight to Mara Naboisho Conservancy, near the Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival, a guide will take you to Encounter Mara, where you’ll be staying. Spend your days on safari during the early mornings and late afternoons when wildlife is active, and relax in camp during the heat of the day, possibly watching zebras and giraffes from the viewing deck. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks and meals under the stars to wrap up your exciting family days.
