After you approve the final details of your safari, a 30% deposit will secure your booking and allow us to confirm accommodations and logistics with our lodge partners. We will keep you updated and provide all necessary documentation throughout the process. Eight weeks prior to your safari, you will receive a travel pack containing important information such as meet and greet details, transfer information, climate considerations, health tips, daily travel specifics, recommended clothing, and emergency contact details. This is also when the remaining balance of your safari will be due.
